Kind Living offers holistic and individualised coaching/mentoring programs for women in preparation for birth and parenting - the phase of life also known as matrescence.
This program is all about you. You will learn how to treat yourself with so much love and understanding that you can’t help but feel good about yourself and the journey ahead.
Having a baby is likely to be the most remarkable and awe inspiring event in your life. It can bring out the best in you and also intensify feelings of self-doubt, fear, insecurity and worry.
That’s why I have created S.A.C.R.E.D.
S.A.C.R.E.D offers a safe space for you to explore your dreams, fears and hopes about pregnancy, birth and parenting, and everything else related to and impacted by your choices, such as family and friends, romantic partner, health, career, spirituality, finances etc.
S.A.C.R.E.D incorporates holistic coaching & mentoring, mindfulness, yoga, breath work and natural birth education, all depending on your needs and wishes.
S.A.C.R.E.D can be tailored to your specific needs to prepare you physically, emotionally and spiritually for the journey ahead.
There is so much value in having someone you can trust at your side and whose job it is to be solely there for you, someone who can guide you in specifics while keeping sight of the bigger picture; someone skilled, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental.

S.A.C.R.E.D. is a 8 week program delivered one-on-one and incorporates transformational coaching techniques, mindfulness/yoga and natural birth education.
The S.A.C.R.E.D program includes

Learn how to align your values with your future vision. Learn techniques to transform limiting and conflicting beliefs so you can step into your personal power and deep inner wisdom.

Explore your needs and how to express those effectively. Good communication is key to healthy relationships and to getting the support you need.to care for your baby and yourself. This is especially important, if you have a tendency to prioritise other’s needs over your own.

You will learn techniques to stay centred and grounded so you can remain calm and confident in times of stress and overwhelm. You will be guided in mindfulness and breath work which will benefit you during birth, breastfeeding and sleepless nights … now and into the future.

* I am offering S.A.C.R.E.D. as a self-growth program for women in preparation for birth and motherhood as each woman and each pregnancy is unique and initiates new changes in body mind and heart. I wholeheartedly acknowledge the importance of the role of the father or the woman’s significant other on this journey. It is not my intention to exclude fathers or female partners from this process or give the impression that they don’t matter. However, a woman’s inner journey can only be discovered and transformed by her alone. I hope to offer a similar program in the near future that is more couple focused while also allowing for individual processing and transformation.
