Together we can move mountains.

“If you wonder what you were doing in the past, look at your body; to know what will happen to you in the future, look at your mind.”

— Dalai Lama

The interconnectedness of body, mind and spirit is well accepted in the field of integrative medicine. But in daily life, the old paradigm of treating the body more as a machine made of separate parts than the complex, interconnected and awe-inspiring “thing'“ it really is, is hard to overcome. That is why, if you want optimal support for yourself, it is important to seek out a wellbeing professional who is steeped in the holistic and integrative approach.

I offer services that involve both, the body (massage) and the mind (mindset-coaching) - interspersed with yogic practices of mindfulness, breathing and movement, depending on the individual situation.

My work is grounded in spiritual and scientific knowledge. I work to a framework that is loosely held and aim to approach each situation with a beginner’s mind.

I am here to deeply listen with my mind, my heart and my hands (when doing massage) and then act from there.

You can read more about how I work and what to expect on the massage and coaching pages.
